Project Description
Kenyon manufactured and supplied this Serve Over counter to a chain of Bakery shops. It was designed again with ergonomics in mind with Curved Glass on the outside and a curved Stainless Counter at the personnel end. Refrigerant R404A was utilised in the Kenyon Made Refrigeration System. Forced Air Evaporators were installed with high velocity Fans to disperse and circulate the chilled air. Interior lighting was via LED Lights, and these “light emitting diodes” use a fraction of the power but make a fantastic job of lighting the produce within.
Digital Controllers maintain and monitor the temperature within the counter. The System was connected up to the BMS System.
